2. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight, ensuring fair pricing for bulky but lightweight items (such as toilet rolls).

3. Dispatch & Delivery Information
Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
4. Cut-off Times
Saturday deliveries: Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon on Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following week.
5. Important Delivery Notes
Large or bulk orders may be delivered in multiple boxes.
Deliveries may be completed using our own vehicles or approved third-party couriers, which may occasionally affect dispatch times.
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays), dispatch and delivery times may be longer due to high order volumes and courier demand.
Some products may be shipped in their original manufacturer’s boxes to reduce packaging waste and support sustainability.
Glass items and liquids may be repacked using protective air-shock packaging. Original manufacturer packaging will be included flat-packed where applicable.
Aerosol products for toiletry or medicinal use may not be accepted by some couriers. Where required, these items will be treated as over-2kg products for delivery purposes.
