Return & Refund
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order only under the following conditions:
The item was sent incorrectly, or
The item arrived damaged or defective
Returns are not accepted for any other reasons.
All returned items must be:
Unused and unopened
In their original packaging
In the same condition as received
2. How to Request a Return
Email info@bargaingroceryoutlet.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
Use the subject line: “Return Request”.
Include:
Your order number
Item(s) to be returned
Reason for return (wrong item or damage)
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to be completed after we receive the return.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4. Important Notes
Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the return conditions.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
