• Price-marked products (PM) will always be sold at or below the PM price (excluding delivery).

9. Payment

11. Cancellation & Returns (Consumers)

• You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.

• Exclusions (non-returnable unless faulty):

• Returned Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all seals intact. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

• Faulty/damaged Products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will cover reasonable return costs for valid claims.

• Missing items must be supported with a photo of the package contents.

12. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product and foreseeable losses.

• We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost income, business, or data).

• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any matter we cannot legally exclude.

13. Events Outside Our Control
