Order & Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. Returns are accepted only for eligible items that are damaged or incorrectly sent, within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Go to My Account → Order History and note your order number (also available in your confirmation email).
  3. Email info@bargaingroceryoutlet.co.uk with the subject line:
    “Returns Request”
  4. Include:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to be returned
    • Reason for return
  5. Our customer support team will contact you to arrange collection.
  6. Pack items securely in their original unopened packaging.
    • If items are returned without original packaging or in different boxes, a deduction may apply.
  7. The return will be collected on the scheduled date and time.
Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged or faulty.
