Order & Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. Returns are accepted only for eligible items that are damaged or incorrectly sent, within 7 days of receiving your order.

“Returns Request” - Include:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Our customer support team will contact you to arrange collection.
- Pack items securely in their original unopened packaging.
- If items are returned without original packaging or in different boxes, a deduction may apply.
- The return will be collected on the scheduled date and time.
Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged or faulty.
